Marketing Operations Manager, Ultima Media

This role is to take marketing and operations ownership of Ultima Media’s livestream content programme and customer (client direct) webinars. In effect working within the marketing function but running the portfolio of our own market and industry livestreams (SPOTLIGHT) AND client customer specific webinars.
Main responsibilities:
  • Shape and execute marketing campaigns, manage lead generation and nurturing, analyse results and identify tactics for improvement.
  • Data Management – implement strategies to improve data opt-ins, segmentations and cleanliness, working closely with our sales, marketing and data teams.
  • Marketing Communications – work with Head of Product & Marketing and CRM/Data Manager to create marketing communications plans (audiences and commercial partners) across multiple channels including email, newsletters, social media and our owned assets/inventory.
  • Marketing Planning – work with both editorial and sales teams to plan, co-ordinate and set up programme of content.
  • Livestreams + Webinars – set up, promote and monitor performance (no presenting required) and produce analysis both internally and externally.
  • Design – work with design team to produce collateral for promotion of activities
  • Work collaboratively with editorial, marketing, sales and events team.
Main requirements:
  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing and/or business administration
    Marketing skills & experience essential.
  • Digital, webinar, livestream, events, email communications key
  • Experience in marketing communications and content creation
  • Experience of webinar platforms essential
  • Commercially aware – able to analyse and improve campaign results
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong collaboration skills as this will be a highly interactive and cross-functional position
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter
